- Medicaid members only qualify for a one month supply through One Source Pharmacy.
- Mail order supply (90 day) only applies to eligible members. Members are not required to use mail-order prescription drug services to obtain their extended supplies of maintenance medications.
- Members have the option of using a preferred or non-preferred retail pharmacy in the network to obtain a maintenance supply of medications.
- If a retail pharmacy does agree to accept the mail-order reimbursement rate for an extended supply of medications, the enrollee should have no out-of-pocket payment differences. If a retail pharmacy does not agree to accept the mail-order reimbursement rate but has accepted an alternative retail/mail order pharmacy rate for an extended supply of medications, the enrollee will be liable for any difference in charge.
- Your order will be processed within 3-5 business days of receipt. Please allow 14 days from the date you mail your order until you get your medication. This allows for normal postal delivery time. When ordering refills, you may expedite your order by requesting refills by phone at 1-877-490-898. Sometimes your mail-order may be delayed. If for some reason your prescription mail order is delayed, you may always obtain a supply from a local network pharmacy. If you need additional assistance you may always call Customer Service for help. You can also call Citrus Health Care Customer Service for more information.
