 What Is Manage My Meds? 

Manage My Meds (MMM) is a free comprehensive service providedby One Source Pharmacy to help you organize and keep track of your medications. This service is sometimes called Medication Therapy Management or (MTM) is a dedicated program where our experienced & licensed pharmacists review all your medications and spend quality time with you, so you can stay happy and healthy.

 

 What happens during this service? 

During this medication review, our pharmacist will personally review all of your medications for the following:

  • Drug to Drug Interactions
  • Drug and Disease Interactions
  • Drug and Food Interactions
  • Drug Interactions with Over the Counters and Herbals
  • Duplicate Medications
  • Side Effects

 

 We will give you advice on the following: 

  • When to take your medications
  • How to take medications
  • Ways to save money by recommending generic medications

 

At the end of the session, you will receive a free Personal Medication Record (PMR). This is a detailed list of all your current medications.

 

 Why Do I Need to Manage Medications? 

When you take a lot of medications, errors can easily happen. This can range from missing a dose to overdose. Managing your medication effectively can help reduce potentially fatal errors.

 

 Why should I use a Pill Box? 

The key to successfully managing your medications is through organization. A pill box can be very helpful if you take many types of medications each day. One Source Pharmacy offers a free pill box that has seven compartments that will hold each day's worth of medication.

 

 Who should use the Manage My Meds program? 

Anyone who uses prescription medications, over-the-counter medications, herbal products, or other dietery supplements. This service may be most helpful if you:
