Two easy ways to get started!

1. Have your physician's office call in, fax, or e-prescribe us your prescriptions. Please make sure they provide us with an accurate home address and phone number.

 What happens after I enroll for home delivery service? 

• First Order. You may get your order the next day or it may take extra time depending on when you doctors sends us your prescriptions. We must first get your prescriptions from your doctor or by mail. Once we receive them, your insurance company tells us how soon we can send a refill. We will communicate with you so are aware of the status.
• Medication List. You may not receive everything in your first shipment. We cannot send you a refill right away if you just got a prescription filled at another pharmacy. We keep track of these and will send you a refill as soon as your insurance company allows us. Our goal is to eventually have all your medications sent in one shipment.
• Delivery time. It takes 1 business for your secure package to be delivered after they leave our pharmacy. If you have a specialty product or refrigerated item, we will call you in advance to make sure someone is home to accept the package.  If you prescription was sent in on Friday, you may not receive it until Monday.
• Save money. Encourage your physician to write your prescription for the maximum days supply covered by your insurance plan. Some insurance companies offer a reduction in copay for a 3-month supply. This will help you maximize your benefit and save money.
• Pills look different. Some generic pills we send you may look different from the ones from your old pharmacy. We only use FDA approved generic medications. These pills may be made by a different manufacturer, but they are exactly the same generic drug prescribed by your doctor.
